We do collect information on the products browsed and we analyze this information in total to provide an up to date shopping experience for our customers.
When an order is placed, we collect basic information including your name, home address, phone, and email address. We use this information to confirm your order and to respond to any questions you may have. Where required, we also share this information with certain intermediaries (UPS and Product Manufacturers) strictly to process and ship your order. However, Asseenontvhot10.com will never keep your credit card number. For your security, our customers must supply a credit card number with each individual order.
• You have 30 days to return the merchandise to us, for whatever reason subject to the conditions described below.
• The 30 days starts the day that your merchandise is shipped.
• DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN RMA NUMBER (see below)
Refunds: Have to meet the following conditions.
• If the merchandise has been opened, it must be returned with all of the original printed and packaging material.
• Unopened merchandise. Naturally, that also means the merchandise is unused and has never been installed.
• Defective merchandise.
• Merchandise which we shipped in error; you did not receive what you ordered.
• Digital media (i.e. music, video, DVD, etc.) CANNOT BE RETURNED IF OPENED
• Only merchandise ordered from Asseenontvhot10.com will be refunded.
How to Return your merchandise:
Just contact us at email@example.com to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Your email should include: your name, name of product being returned, date purchased, copy of the purchase receipt, and reason for return.
DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN RMA NUMBER from customer support. Asseenontvhot10.com is not responsible for items returned without an RMA. Asseenontvhot10.com reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping). If you have a product that is eligible under a warranty, you can always choose to exercise your rights under that warranty rather than going through our General Returns Policy.
Asseenontvhot10.com charges a 15% restocking fee except for the following:
• The merchandise was defective.
• You received merchandise other than what was ordered.
Customers pay all shipping expenses for merchandise that they order. If a customer is returning merchandise, and it has been determined that the merchandise being returned is due to an error made by Asseenontvhot10.com, then we will gladly pay shipping costs. Only Standard rate shipping charges will be refunded. There are several shipping agents available. We recommend using a shipping agent that has tracking and proof of receipt, such as United Parcel Service (UPS). Return to top of page
It is our policy to try and ship all merchandise next business day. Asseenonttvhot10.com ships all merchandise using United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Also, we utilize the associated shipping gateway to calculate your individual shipping costs. This provides our customers with multiple shipping choices to meet your needs. You select your preferred method of shipping using a dropdown menu in your shopping cart: We ship to all 50 states. However, if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please add two additional shipping days. If the item you would like to order is marked Pre-Order, please read the following:
•If an item is marked Pre-Order, this means that the item is not 'live' in our warehouse. We are waiting for it to arrive from the manufacturer.
•Your credit card does not get charged until the item arrives into our warehouse and gets prepared for shipping. Please note: If you pay by Paypal, the money is automatically deducted from your account. So in essence, if you place a pre-order using Paypal you will be charged the moment you place the order, not when the item comes in. Please see below for more about paying by Paypal.
•During the busy holiday season (from Nov. 1st thru December 25th) in an effort to make sure no orders are held up due to Pre-Order merchandise, we split all orders. If you place an order for in stock merchandise and Pre-Order merchandise together, we will split the order immediately and ship out the in stock merchandise. However, please be aware there will be additional shipping charges incured when the Pre-Order merchandise comes in and has to be shipped to you. We are doing this with the customers best interest in mind. If you wish to not have your order split and are aware that it could hold up your order until possibly after the holidays, then please contact our customer service department at 845-624-1995 M-F 10am-7pm Est. This way you will not incur any additional shipping fees as the whole order will ship at one time.
•If you Pre-Order multiple items, we will charge and ship each item as it comes in. This is to get you your merchandise as quickly as possible. In rare instances, pre-ordered items come in within days of each other. We promise to do our best to prevent multiple shipments. A shipping charge will be applied each time an item is shipped according to our regular shipping schedule.
•When the Pre-Order item comes in, you will be charged a shipping & handling fee according to our shipping schedule. Your initial shipping fee will be adjusted so that it coordinates with the amount of your first shipment.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities at any time. If an order comes in with a large quantity of a single item we reserve the right to adjust or limit the item. This is in an effort to satisfy as many customers as we possibly can on a hot item.
When paying by Paypal, the money is automatically deducted from your account. So in essence, if you place a Pre-Order using Paypal you will be charged the moment you place the order, not when the item comes in and gets ready to ship.
•When paying by Paypal, we have to ship your entire order at the same time. Therefore, if you place an order that contains both in stock merchandise and Pre-Order merchandise, we have to hold your entire order until the Pre-Order items arrive in stock.
•When paying by Paypal, if you are looking to purchase in stock merchandise and Pre-Order merchandise, and you want the in stock merchandise to ship right away, please place separate orders. One for the in stock merchandise and one for the Pre-Order merchandise.
